Education
Jason graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1995 and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.

Experience
Upon obatining his degree, Jason entered the wireless technology industry with AT&T Wireless. He spent 3 years in manufacturing where he became familiar with the entire process of manufacturing, testing, packaging, and distributing electronics products. Projects ranged from equipment installation/relocation to comprehensive plant floor layout. From developing processes for improving assembly of printed circuit boards to designing robotic assembly equipment for hands-free production, the ever-increasing technical and project management responsibilities were a building ground for becoming a better design engineer. The next 2 years were spent designing sheet metal and plastic enclosures for non-consumer electrical products. Jason's heavy knowledge of manufacturing processes enabled his designs to be cost effectively manufactured and assembled.

In his first major career move, Jason moved to RadioFrame Networks. As chief mechanical engineer he was responsible for integrating concepts from Industrial Designers with product requirements. In addition to designing the components of the RadioFrame system, he also performed vendor selection to manufacture each component. His extensive knowledge of the product and manufacturers led to managing the Agency Certification of the system and packaging and shipping to customers. In addition to his design duties he was also responsible for managing the RadioFrame facilities. Projects included lab design and layout, cubicle selection and installation, power and HVAC for server rooms, and company relocation.
